Attention all men: When was the last time you went to the doctor for a prostate check-up? It is believed that 50% of men at the age of 50 have symptoms of an enlarged prostate that affects their quality of life. By the age of 80, almost all men will have some uncomfortable prostate symptoms. Ideally, all men should see their GP or Urologist at least once a year from the age of 45 onwards to have their prostate checked through either a scan, rectal examination or blood test.
